  • How much does it cost?

    The service is entirely free to use. Our product prices may go up or down, however, by creating an auto re-order you will always benefit from your additional 10% discount.

  • How much can I save?

    When you activate your subscription, you will receive 10% discount on all subsequent re-orders. The 10% discount applies to products only and cannot be combined with any additional offer.

  • When will my next order arrive?

    Your order will repeat based on the frequency that you selected on your initial order. If your first order was placed on a Tuesday and you selected a 2-week frequency with standard delivery, then your order will repeat in 2 weeks and your delivery will be made between Wednesday and Friday.   • What happens if my card expires?

    If your card is about to expire, you will receive an email asking you to contact us on 0800 999 5565 so we can update your subscription with your new card details.

  • What happens if my billing address changes?

    If your billing address changes, please contact us on 0800 999 5565 so we can update your payment information.

  • What happens if my delivery address changes?

    1. Go to My Account > My subscriptions

    2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your subscription

    3. Under ‘Shipping information’ please click ‘Edit Address’.

    4. Then click 'Update' to save your new address

    5. This change will be applied to your next order

  • How do I pause my subscription?

    1. Go to My Account > My auto re-orders

    2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your auto re-order

    3. Under ‘Auto re-order information’ please click ‘Pause’.

  • How do I restart my subscription?

    1. Go to My Account > My auto re-orders

    2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your auto re-order

    3. Under ‘Auto re-order information’ please click ‘Pause’.

  • Can I change my delivery day?

    Yes you can, please contact us on 0800 999 5565 so we can change your delivery day for you.

  • How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

    1. Go to My Account > My auto re-orders

    2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your auto re-order

    3. Under ‘Auto re-order information’ please select a new frequency in the dropdown.

    4. Click 'Update'.

    5. This will be applied to your next re-order.

  • How do I change my order quantity?

    1. Go to My Account > My auto re-orders

    2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your auto re-order

    3. Under ‘re-order items’ please input a new quantity.

    4. Click 'Update'.

  • Can I add or remove products from my subscription?

    Once you’ve placed your initial order, you can only modify the quantity of products and you cannot add or remove products. However, you can either pause or cancel your existing subscription and create a new one with the products and quantity of your choice. What if I’m not home on the delivery day? If there are no specific delivery instructions, the courier will leave a calling card at your home. You can then contact the local depot and either re-arrange the delivery or collect yourself from the depot.

  • Can I add delivery instructions to my order?

    If required, you are able to add a delivery instruction to your order. All subsequent auto re-orders will include the same delivery instruction.

    Please go to My Account on our website and click on My subscriptions. Alternatively, contact us on 0800 999 5565.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    1. Go to My Account > My auto re-orders

    2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your auto re-order.
